Toyota 4runner W56 Transmission
The W56 five-speed transmission came in '85-'88 Toyotas with the 22RE engine. It uses a removable aluminum bellhousing (not shown) and is one of the ideal factory five-speeds for heavy-duty use. The W56 is also well-suited to V6 and V8 engine swaps.
