Sergeant Straight-Axle
Sgt. Bradley Puckett of Woodland Park, Colorado, sent us this image of his '05 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition taken during a recent trip to Rainbow Falls Off-Road Area. His rig is running a 4-inch TeraFlex suspension, 33-inch BFG T/AKO tires, and a Warn XD9000i winch. Planned mods for his Jeep include increased engine performance and a laundry list of protection equipment.
80 Hours to Dirt
Scott Shotzberger of Norton, Massachusetts, built up his '06 Jeep Rubicon in a mere 80 hours. He is running an Nth Degree Mobility 6-inch long-arm suspension, 35-inch Nitto Mud Grapplers, a Rock Hard rollcage, an Expedition One rear bumper, Rockcrusher differential covers front and rear, and Rokmen sliders. Soon, Scott plans on making a trek to Moab, Utah, to take on some of the most famous 4WD trails in the country.
Ready For Anything
During a recent outing at Mounds ORV Park in Genesee County, Michigan, Derek Campbell of Fort Wayne, Indiana, took this photo of his '01 Jeep Wranger which is also a 60th Anniversary Edition model. His Jeep has a 4-inch Skyjacker lift and 33-inch Swamper SSR tires. Derek also has a LoD rear bumper and spare-tire carrier combined with KC lights and a Bestop Safari Bikini top. He informs us that although his wife was hesitant to go wheeling for the first time, once she hit some trails with him she was hooked.
Never Too Prepared
Josh and Tamara sent us this image of their '04 Jeep Rubicon and trailer taken while visiting Big Bear, California. A few of the modifications on their Jeep are an Nth Degree Mobility 6-inch long-arm suspension, a Tom Wood double rear driveshaft, Alloy USA axleshafts, Poison Spyder tube fenders and Rocker Knockers, an onboard air system, a whole slew of protection equipment, and even a train horn. Packed up with their trailer in tow, there is nothing keeping the couple from setting out for single-day or week-long excursions.
